Exhibitor time and schedule

LEADER requests that exhibitors set up by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 and remain set up through 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2024.

LEADER will distribute the exhibitor layout following the deadline for contracts.


As in previous years, we encourage sponsors/exhibitors to feature services and products which promote Person Centered Care, improve quality of life for residents and/or increase job satisfaction for employees who provide care to their residents and clients.

Sponsors and exhibitors may contribute door prizes which will be drawn for during the luncheon on Thursday. You may elect to draw from your own collection of visitors or LEADER will pull from our draw box.

Door Prize Drawings


Exhibitor personnel are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements. Shipping of goods to and from the exhibiting site must be made at least 1 week prior to the exhibiting date but should not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to the exhibit date.

Number each box ( 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4, etc.)

Please inform the Catering Service Manager, Lesha Oliver (800-946-1946 ext. 1052), of the ship date, expected arrival date, and total number of boxes being shipped.

The status of a shipment can be confirmed by calling the Shipping and Receiving Department at 800-946-1946, ext. 1705.

For return shipment back to your company, shipping labels must be attached to all boxes. Please contact Lesha Oliver at ext. 1052 to arrange for the Shipping & Receiving Department to pick up your materials. If no answer, please contact the Paragon Operator to radio Lesha Oliver or Wilson DeSoto.

All exhibitor sales are final. No refund will be made for cancellations or failure to show. No refunds will be given for unused space or for space that is only used during a portion of the exhibit period.

LEADER does not guarantee against loss or damage of any kind. The exhibitor shall understand that neither LEADER nor the Paragon Casino Resort to maintain insurance covering exhibitors’ property. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Any claims against any party other than LEADER are to be submitted directly to the party involved

LEADER shares the contact information of attendees before and after the Summit as a benefit to exhibitors. By signing this contract, exhibitors acknowledge that the use of this contact information unrelated to the promotion of products and services featured at the March 11-12, 2020 Summit, or the distribution of this information to a third party, is strictly prohibited.

Privacy policy for use of attendee information


Exhibitors are liable for damage to the property: no material or matter of any kind shall be posted, tacked, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building and furnishings. Whatever may be necessary to protect the building, equipment, or furniture will be installed at the exhibitor's expense. Painting in the space is prohibited. The cost of repairing any damage to the facility caused by the exhibitor, its employees, representatives, or agents will be billed to and paid by the exhibitor.
